This journey has been a long and wonderful one for me, filled with the joy of performing and recording alongside so many incredible and talented artists and musicians. It’s been an amazing experience, and I’m excited for what lies ahead!

About
Percussionist/vocalist Boyd Charles (Charles) is a member of the Rock ’n Roll Hall of Fame in Kansas City, Missouri and has performed with award-winning bands in the US such as Justus and Nation. Charles has recorded in Nashville and opened for Flash Cadillac, Chuck Leavall (former member of the Allman Brothers) and Gino Vanelli. Chuck’s music endeavours have led to several collaborations notably with Mark Hart (from Supertramp /Crowded House) and Emmy-nominated composer Mark Leggett.
Most recently, Charles co-founded Band on the Rum trio, which performs music from the 60s, 70s and 80s rock and roll and soft rock.
